If you have a complaint about someone or something at the IEC, you have the right to speak up and should feel confident that your problem will be heard and addressed. If you have a complaint, you can do the following.
If you are unhappy about any of the following processes, talk to the Assistant Director for Student Services:
- Admissions procedure
- Financial procedures or requirements
- Insurance
- Housing
- student events
- Registration
- Other non-academic matters
If you are unhappy about any of the following, talk to your Instructor directly:
- Your Instructor
- Your class grades or assignments
- Any classroom problems
Your instructor will help you resolve the problem. If the problem is not resolved, speak to your IEC Academic Advisor.
Any issues which are not resolved, will be brought to the IEC Director.
